Alban Hyseni is the new Mayor of the City of Gjilan. The political campaign was developed by Kater Creative Agency, 

and Mr. Hyseni has been regarded as one of the best political candidates in the elections of the Republic of Kosovo.

The strategy was to win the urban voters with clear promises by video animations,  and by showing Mr. Hyseni as a young 

politician who is loved by citizens and showing his sporting side, since he was a successful basketball player.
